OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Every morning before Start-up open each of the cone bottom valves to push settled solids into the collector.

Open valve # 1 and wait until you can hear water flowing into the collector, shut off , wait 10 seconds. and open valve Repeat this procedure on #2 & #3 valves. Open valve #4 after the unit has been started and the rain water removed.

To remove rain or fresh water from pit switch 1" three-way valve to direct water to storm drain.

Turn on switch, wait until suction pump quits running and switch handle back to recycling mode (if the pump does not prime in 5 seconds close the pit flush valve and open slightly the primer valve, run until the pump stops.

Use the three way valve to select Recycled or Fresh water from the unit.

Recycled water can be used on the wash down at the beginning of a wash job, fresh water should be used to rinse off when job is completed.

Clean the wash pad with recycled water by flushing solids into a pile for pickup with shovel, then flush the remaining solids to the pit for pickup.

When job is finished turn off switch.
