The ECOCYCLE RETROFIT CONCEPT (patented) was developed in auto shops to meet the recycling requirements of different hot jet parts washers in use in the repair industry.  They maintain uniform cleaning quality while extending your aqueous solution life tenfold or more.  ECOCYCLE RETROFITS are truly economical.  They can use the pressure pump on 90% of the hot jet parts washers to remove the solids from wash solutions.

ECOCYCLE RETROFITS can be added to your jet washer pump in two ways.   Simple to plumb, it can be done by your shop personnel and does not require electrical work or permits of any kind.  ECOCYCLE SYSTEMS can be provided with pushbutton automation.

They come either BYPASS FLOW or FULL FLOW.   Full Flow: All pump flow goes to the CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR to remove sand/dirt before the solution is sent to the jet spray bars.  Solution can be directed to RETROFIT SYSTEM at will.  Bypass Flow: Cleaning solutions from the pressure pump go to the jet spray bars.  Solution can be directed to retrofit system at will. 

ECOCYCLE RETROFIT SYSTEMS have two operation modes:

TANK FLUSH: Flush bars move accumulated solids from the washer's floor to the pump inlet for removal by the CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR.  Solids must be rated for disposal.
DEPTH FILTRATION: Re-circulates the solution through filtration bags to remove fine solids that stop aqueous solutions from cleaning.  Filter bags can be reused and do not add to waste disposal volume.  Solids must be rated for disposal.
